GLOBALMINDWORKS Leadership Development and Coaching
GLOBALMINDWORKS was founded in 2017 with the goal of supporting forward looking large and medium size corporations to create those caring corporate cultures where managers develop into great leaders and roles models who can deliver sustainable high performance leading to a better world for all and lives worth living.
We select leadership development programmes through our network of likeminded niche designers that involve paths of deep self-discovery and awakening leading to transformational and lasting change. We have facilitated, mentored and coached to senior and mid management levels in blue chip companies operating in the pharma, logistics, textiles, facilities management and sports performance analytics sectors.
Business and Life Coaching
An integral part of GLOBALMINDWORKS is our coaching business. We are the exclusive partner in Ireland of Erickson Coaching International of Canada, the global leader in solution-focused transformational coaching. Erickson began 40 years ago and is a global leader in Solution-Focused Coaching with operations in 85 locations. Through its ICF accredited coach training programme, it has trained 45,000 coaches and provides training to international leaders such as SAP, IKEA, Johnson & Johnson and Mercedes as well as large national organizations.
Since 2018 when we took Erickson to Ireland we have trained and certified several international business leaders and managers from the food, healthcare, energy, communications, hospitality, HR and professional services industries as well as private individuals starting out on professional careers as Business and Life Coaches.
Our panel of coaches are drawn predominantly from experienced Erickson trained coaches.
Eddie has a passion to support managers become the high performance leaders and role models that deliver profit in a world that needs commitment to social responsibility and preservation of our planet for future generations.
In 2016, Eddie travelled to Erickson Coaching International in Vancouver where he trained as a Solution-Focused Coach. He started GlobalMindworks the following year and has been facilitating, coaching and mentoring C-Suite owners & directors, senior leaders and mid management in Blue Chip companies in the pharma, logistics, textiles and service provider sectors.
He is the exclusive partner of Erickson Coaching in Ireland delivering ICF accredited coach training programmes to internal coaches in international and local organizations. His personal coaching clients include C-Suite and senior leaders in the pharma, logistics and textile sectors located in Ireland and internationally.
Eddie’s professional career spans over 25 years in general management, non-executive directorship and senior management roles in multi-cultural global organizations that have taken him from Ireland to the USA, UK, France, India, China and Turkey. Learning from his experiences in several culturally challenging environments, he has been effective in supporting the organizations to transform their cultures to create high performance management teams.
A specialist in business strategy, he has established start-up companies in Ireland, India and Turkey building highly motivated and collaborative winning teams in addition to expanding brand presence in UK, Russia, Israel and Spain through the setting up of B2B arrangements, agency and distributor networks.
